Recapturing condo dues

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NH
I live in a 8 unit condo complex and we presently have two owners that are not paying their condo dues within the past year with one owner is behind 6 years.
Condo assoc. has placed liens on the two units, but we are desperately in need of funds for repairs. What can we legally do in order to receive these unpaid dues ?
