I received a reckless Driving ticket in Va. The officer clocked me from someone's driveway. I was wondering, if my lawyer got proof that the owner didn't give consent for him to be there, could that be enough to be thrown out of court? If the officer denies being in a driveway; it's all recorded on my dash cam.

No. That would not be enough to get the ticket dismissed.

Of course not. Why should it? How would that change the speed and the way you were driving?
