I am a non custodial mom to a Canadian Child, I have a Canadian divorce order stating i have "reasonable access" to my daughter. My daughter's father will not let me talk our see my daughter on video chat until he sees a child support payment (I am a month behind.) Yes i am an American (born and raised in Massachusetts.)
I have been residing in Wisconsin since 2010. I know the U.S and Canada work together to enforce Child Support(Reciprocal Enforcement Arrangements) can I also have my "Access" time enforce here as well? and if so how to I go about getting it enforced? I miss my daughter and i have not be able to spend any time with her in over a year due to low income the only time that i do have is through video chat which is only a hour.( but that's now being taken away from me.
