What is the name of your state? Colorado

Is there a time frame that my insurance company has to wait before they can take my recorded statement after I am in a Motor Vehicle Accident? If so, where would I find documentation to support that.

thanks

No there is no time frame in which the insurance company has to "wait" to take your statement. Typically statements are taken one to two weeks post occurrence. If this is YOUR insurance company remember that failure to cooperate may affect your coverage and the company's duty to defend.
