What is the name of your state?
Florida

I understand there may have been a seal subpeona (from the State Attorney's office) issued for my credit card account.
The investigation has been closed for a year.

I know Flroida has a 119.07 statue allowing me to see the file, but the investigator is being evasive about whether such a subpoena was issued -saying he can't remember and that he does not keep copies of his subpoenas.

Does the State of Flroida require their State attornyey's office to keep records of seal subpoenas issued at the request of the investigator - or is an investigator allowed to siimpy have the local county clerk of the court give him one to send out to whom he wants?

Thanks.
