I signed docs on 02/25/05 to refi my house. As of tomorrow I will be 2 mos. past due on my mtg. pmt. The broker I'm dealing with stated the mtg. pmts. would be taken care of.

My question is this; I am two mos. behind on my payments with my current lender. Is the new lender likley to still fund the loan? I assume even though I have signed the documents, the new lender still has a lawfull right to not fund the loan. Is this true?
