Refi Question and Quit Claim..

My Sister bought the house I am in now (I've been making all the payments). Its under her name only. Loan and Deed.

If I want it transfered to me, Do I refinance and she quitclaim to me or do I get my OWN loan?

Can I refi this loan myself or does it have to be "SOLD" to me by my sister?

What is the BEST and LEAST HASSLE way to get this house under my name (deed and loan)??

She should sell it to you and you get your own loan.
