What is the name of your state? Florida
If the original mortgage and the 2nd mortgage are both in the names of the husband and wife can the home be refi'd. with only the name of the wife on the loan and the husband only on the title ??
What are the things to look out for and should anything happen to the wife can the loan be called for to be paid in full or can the husband retain ownership of the home and continue to make the payments ????
