mortage / title help
My and my ex purchased a home 3ys and know are deciding to part ways. Since we were both trying to protect our credit we decided to let him refinance the home and I move considering the fact that refinancing wasn't an option for me because of my income. Recently he didn't he did not want to and want to go into foreclosure to hurt me and my Credit. My question is there anything I can do to prevent or protect myself in this situation. We met with the mortgage lender and decided to refinance even gave down payment for appraisal but now he's retracting.
