What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri

I was fired in January and then refused my final paycheck plus some reimbursement money for receipts I turned in, totaling about $1,000. I was wondering if there is a set interest rate that accumulates while they are refusing to pay?

No. You wouldn't get interest on the money because you had remedies back in January and didn't take them.

You could have filed a wage claim with the state or filed a lawsuit.

You can still do either or both.

What are you waiting for?

I have had an open lawsuit since it happened. There is a couple of other things I am sueing for but I was just wondering about interest on their failure to pay me.
