First of all, if you talk to someone in this manner when you arrive in the US you will get no help from anyone. Since I understand the language barrier then I will attempt to help..

You need to look at your contract.. as they may be a clause that says if you leave the company supplying you the H1 within 12 or 24 months, you will have to pay full attorney fees associated with the cost of the visa and repay any loans or moving costs they give you.

Also, if you left in a short time, they would make your life a little difficult with the INS as it would be obvious why. Futhermore, if you can find a job paying 70k, then why are you accepting 54k now ? Are you under the impression that once you have the visa and arrive in the US that you can change jobs easily ? That is not the case. The new company would have to sponsor you and take on your visa status.

If you are coming to the US with that attutide, you are asking for a whole heap of problems.

Good luck.
