Hello. Let me try and make this as simple as possible. Lets say I have plates on a car that don't belong to it. They belong to another one of my cars hidden in a parking lot. So today I go to check up on this non registered, non insured car of mine, thats parked outside, and it has a ticket for an expired registration sticker that I have on it, not to grab attention. The car doesn't even have plates that belong to it! The nerve of these ticket guys. I'm lucky the car didn't get towed though. The expired registration DOES match the plates, because I use to have these plates on this old car, a few years back. I transfered them over to my new car once I got it. So does this ticket mean anything? Or is it as good as garbage? Thanks.
