Mexican currently legal as a visitor in Canada, wishes to vist USA. Had multiple entry visa over five years ago. While crossing boarder at Texas, immigratin officer denied entry and withdrew the visa. Can this individual regain his visitor status?? If so how?

You have to apply again for the visa at a US Embassy and go through the process again.
