The child's father would have to agree to the adoption as well.

Father and I agree

My unborn babies fathers sister has wanted a baby and tried everything to have/get one. I am one month pregnant and don't want anymore children. I have one and thats enough. Would a private lawyer cost more or less then an agency. Whats the most legal way to get financial help while doing this. I understand never do this for financial help but my risks and time off from work, life, agency and lawyer all cost money so money no matter how nice this looks is an unavoidable factor. An abortion would be the easiest way out of this pregnancy. I live in central florida ..Does anyone know who i should talk to so i can get the best deal out of this? If his sister decides to change her mind i might see about someone else wanting a baby??

yes

its the fathers idea to do this because getting pregnant was an accident. So..are some people on this forum going to critize or put me down? Agencies all the time take girls that are pregnant and act like they help them so much and still take a rediculous amount of money from adopting parents. All the u.s. is about money in every transaction. meanwhile this is my body getting fat, my risk of complications physically and emotionally.. so yes im looking for the best parents best deal and least thief of a lawyer or agency. If people were more honest then questions can really be answered.. At this point because its a family member she feels not 100% sure...so i may look into other families who want babies. Yes i know an agency is free but what im specifically asking is if. I have bills every month that add up to say $2000 can i get that covered for the next 9 months and 8 weeks recovery time ( i have to have a c-section ) I will cover medical insurance as well.

Generally your medical costs associated with pregnancy and childbirth can be covered by the adoptive family but if you are looking for someone to support you entirely for the next 36 weeks, you're veering into illegal territory. You don't want to have this baby, have an abortion. Don't try to make a profit off of your mistake. You can get your tubes tied at the same time even, so you won't be in this situation again.

But yes paid surrogacy is illegal.

ONE month pregnant? In other words, you had your period a month ago, ovulated two weeks ago and just took a test to find out you are pregnant. Now you want to sell your child who is not even a child yet. seriously?

Why would you need to be supported for the next NINE months? You think being pregnant is a disability that prevents you from working the entire time?

In some states you can get some living expenses paid by the adoptive parents, that is true unless laws have changed. A friend of mine placed her son for adoption (8 years ago?) and she got money for food, utilities and some other things. So its possible.....depending on the state. I don't know about yours thou. They are not just going to hand you a check thou. I think agency actually paid the bills.
But to comment on your stitution and make a suggestion. Her stitution was a bit different thou. She was 5 months pregnant and 19 years old when she decided on adoption and it was hard. She had been working fulltime and had to cut back to part time due to complications. The father was not helping, she had no family to help, so on. She decided after long hard considering this would be the best thing for her child. I know how much pain she goes thou and it was really hard. Its not a decsion to make lightly.

Why post a bunch of what-ifs and maybes, that don't even apply to the OP?

Because people were making it seem as thou she can NOT get a support and she might possibly be able to.
I am not going to misquote a law and say her state she can. But I googled and found this website, Information for Birth Parents - Florida Adoption Attorney

How much financial assistance may the birth mother receive?
A birth mother is permitted to receive financial assistance for her actual living and medical expenses during the term of the pregnancy and for a period after the child is born, not to exceed six weeks. This includes OB and hospital care, prescription medications, counseling, living expenses (rent, food, phone, utilities, toiletries), insurance, clothing and transportation.

When I said the stitution was "different" I was trying to find a nice way to tell her I think her reasoning for choosing adoption was wrong!! It should be a last resort, not a first.

So who is it that actually wants to adopt the child - your sister, or Dad's sister?
