My name is Charles. I am a high school student in Missouri, and for a while now I have felt somewhat discriminated against by my school.
They have blocked any possible website containing anything to do with my religion, which happens to be Wiccan.
I could understand to an extent why they would block some of the stuff dealing with Wicca, but my major problem is that why are they blocking only Wiccan sites. You can go online and look up any other religion that you can think of, well except Satanism. I have even tried other web pages, and like I mentioned, just about everything works.
I do feel discriminated against because of this, it is my religion, and I should be allowed to look further in to the history of it if I wish. I shouldn't be treated any differently in that aspect, since there are many people here that go online to look up things about Baptism or Christianity.
My main question is that, is there anything I can do about this legally, and if not, what may be some suggestions for a course of action.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Charles Cleer
