Is there any thing I can do to remove myself from financial responsiblity from a mortgage assumed by my ex-wife in the divorce over 2 years ago. She will not refinance the loan in her own name, if she defaults I am still responsible for the amount. This is killing my credit, on trying to get a new home for my family today.
