Who do I call in the state of Arizona to remove my adoptive parents off my birth certificate? I also am dealing with my daughter being with my ex husband as well what would you suggest I do to get it off? I have been dealing with my parents cutting ties with me how should I go about doing it

You don't unless you go through an adult adoption and get yourself "new" parents.

You want to take your name off of your daughter's birth certificate because she is living with your ex-husband? What???:confused:

Just because you are mad at your parents does not mean you automatically get to remove their names. Just as being mad at your ex does not entitle you to remove your name. Birth certificates can be corrected by process of state law, not modified at whim.
