When I purchased my condo in 2011, I was not aware that our association had a law stating I couldn't rent it out. (The management company gave me the WRONG CCNR's... they were for another complex!) I only found out about this law after purchasing my unit. My question is... since this was never disclosed to me before purchasing, do I have any merit if I decide to rent my condo out now? Other units do this illegally, but i would like to keep everything on the up and up! Also, the management company recently resigned so they are no longer in the picture.
