im am married and own my own home with wife and the wife has a repoe car and now the credit company is sueing her for remaining balance.
we have a truck that is payed off in both of our names
and now they are asking for the tax records for the last three years and any other monthly payments that we may have.
my question is is there any way that i am resonsable for the loan. and can they make me sell my house or other property
