The county court is holding the engagement ring that was evidence in a case. Case has been completed, ring never paid for, the lady claims that the ring is hers(Gift), she has filed a motion hearing for the 15th of December to claim the ring. Her fiancee at the time never paid for the ring and was to return to the store owner. How can unpaid merchandise stay with anyone.

I WOULDNT THINK SO.....ALOT OF WOMEN THINK THAT ENGAGEMENT RINGS(IF THAT'S REALLY WHAT THE RING WAS) IS THEIRS FOR THE KEEPING...BUT IT'S NOT (OR AT LEAST THAT'S WHAT THE COURTTV SHOW JUDGES KEEP SAYING)..THAT'S ONE 'GIFT' YOU HAVE TO GIVE BACK IF THE WEDDING IS OFF...SORRY LADIES.......
