My response:

First, you go to your local Family Law courthouse, and obtain a "divorce packet". It has all the forms and instructions - but, it won't tell you all the "ins and outs" of divorce or the law.

Next, you go to your local bookstore and get a good book on the subject. Read it thoroughly and carefully.

Then, when you're completely befuddled and confused, you see an attorney.

Good luck to you.
