Required to display winners list for contests/sweepstakes?

We're running a sweepstakes which will be eligible only to US residents. It's governed by Texas law. Are we required to display a list of the winners?

I didn't see that requirement but I didn't look too carefully. Texas does put a lot of restrictions on sweepstakes. Read chapter 45 of the business and commerce code.

Yeah I've been reading that but can't find a mention of this.

if you ad this in your rules you should be fine.

"For a list of sweepstakes winners send a stamped self addressed envelope to"

Then add an address where people can write for the list.
