I currently resigned from my company and then later decided to retract my resignation (2nd day) is there a cooling off period where i could retract my resignation and keep my job. /state In. /union shop

I am not from Indiana and do not know, but usually when you quit, that's it. You're history.

If there was a basis for you to quit - illegal conduct, hostile enviornment, discrimination, etc. then a good union or a smart lawyer can work with you to get your old employer to get you reinstated. ALso, with a labor shortage most companies may forget about the matter if you are a valued employee.
