What is the name of your state?Texas,
Situation: She took me to court for more $$ and I counter for more visitation; i.e. overnights on Thurs, and Sundays. The judge ruled in my favor and said that the order should start imediately. My attorney said that I needed to pay her the extra money when the state disbursed her amount. Even though we don't present the new CO until the 17th of December (her attorney was late). Shouldn't my overnights and what the judge said be done now. Is the judge's ruling at the time superseed the CO, because the new one is not due for another week.
