response to petition

I received a petition for establishing father's rights and genetic testing. I have to respond within 20 days. How do I file a response ? I can't afford an attorney and must do this by myself.

My response:

1. You didn't tell us your State name (See instructions);

2. We can't answer such overbroad "How do I" type questions - - it would require teaching you law.

Therefore, your best bet would be to go to a bookstore and buy a book on the subject.
