What is the name of your state? Colorado
I asked for a restraining order to be lifted and my motion was denied. Is there some way I can appeal this?

Have you consulted an attorney?

Are you the 'protected person' or the 'person to be restrained' on the PO ?

If a Judge believes there is a present danger, s/he will not modify/term the PO.

She PM'd me earlier. I didn't have a whole lot to add beyond what was said. There's something fishy with it ... the cops aren't just going to ignore those allegations ... but, if their victim/witness is not too credible or articulate even a righteous crime will not be able to get prosecuted with out conclusive evidence.

I get the feeling she has other issues she is dealing with...or actually not dealing with...the brother that has custody doesn't believe she was molested by the parents, and has hindered her getting counseling..I recommended a Victim Advocate to help her talk with the police...She is hard to understand ...
I do feel she is telling the truth...and am sorry she has no one to be there for her...

Well...hopefully she will get some counseling and find her voice to get justice...
