My husband has, for the second time in 6 years, beeen issued a restraining order by his ex - for no reason other than to be malicious. Is there anything we can do legally to stop this behavior? What should we do when we go to court next week? Help!

Explain to the judge what is happening and let her give evidence as to why she did this.. If there are no grounds then it will be thrown out.
