Restrictions, I purchased a piece of property about two years ago, Attorney had restrictions at closing all acceptable and we closed. A year later a business opens on a local property, enother starts putting singlewide trailers. My property value is going in the tubes. A properties look like welfare homes now.
I reciently approached one of the neighbors and asked if he knew of restrictions forbitting singlewides and business' and I was told oh that was changed years ago. I said oh really when. A few days later the neighbor paste's on my door restrictions that look nothing like what I have.
I went to the county with both and we only found the ones I had. After talking awhile with the person over deeds and such someone overheard and asked to see the newer one. Well she came back with the newer set.
They were filed under the wrong deed and she new it. She new the sub-division.
Do I have any recorse, what is the purpose of the Title company since they also had the old restrictions. :) i wouldn't have purchased this land or ever agred to the changes that were made.
I mean the one home has singlewides, old cares tool box's and you have to pass it to get to my nice well kept minifarm. One hasn't removed garbage in monthe and is piled 5 feet high and now blowing around the mountain. :(,
