I have a return to work letter with restrictions with a follow up with the doctor in Jan,2007

i was hurt in an auto accident and have a return to work certificate with restrictions from the doctor. I turned this is on Monday evening approx 5 PM and as of Thursday no respond on whether to report to work or not . no one has contacted me to let me know if this is accepted or not.I'm do to return on this Monday.

How about contacting them, its your responsibility, not theirs.

I have contacted them by e-mail ,vive mail and left also on my boss's cell phone. done all of this today.
