Review and Modification Notification letter

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MI

I recieved a letter from the FOC about a month ago that by law the FOC has to notify me of my right to request review for child support changes. I totally forgot about it and I am assuming it is to late, and honestly if the NCP parent is fine with the current amount I just want to leave it alone.

My question is since I did not contact them will the FOC review it automatically or just leave it? This is the first time in receiving a letter and I am not sure if I need to contact them, I rather not go to court if I do not have to.

it's a right, not a requirement. if you don't want one, don't ask for it. easy peasy.
