How do you convey title to real estate to your trust without being in breach of your "no assignment" clause in your deed of trust?

Generally it's OK. You should contact the lender. However, in most cases personal single family homes secured with mortgages secured on that property can be transfered into a living trust with the same beneficiary as the grantor without triggering the due on sale clause.
