What is the name of your state?AZ
I am in a union. I work under a contract and I live in a right to work state. Since the contract covers all employees whether they are in the union or not, I was wondering, if I dropped out of the union and they went on strike, do I have a right to be on strike with them or can my employer force me to cross the picket lines because I'm not in the union?
