What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

Background: My wife and I are licensed as a foster-to-adopt home in Texas. We adopted a little boy last year from foster care. We now have his little infant half-sister as a foster child. The birth mother has already relinquished parental rights, knowing that we have both children now. The presumed birth father doesn't appear to want custody of the child. However, the presumed birth father's sister (the foster child's aunt) does want to eventually adopt the child.
My Question: Do my wife and I have a case to contest the aunt's adoption of the foster child due to the facts that 1) we have adopted her biological half-brother, 2) we want to adopt her, 3) the court has not verified the presumed birth father's paternity, 4) we were placed with the foster child because of the sibling relationship, and 5) the sibling relationship would be preserved if we were able to adopt the foster child?

Thank you for any help or advice on this matter.

You are not a party and do not have standing. Family members to the child have priority for custody. The father of the child, once paternity is established, has a right to develop a relationship and have himself or his relatives considered for custody.
