What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA, My son was unable to get a checking account due to credit problems. His employer requires direct deposit so he had his check deposited in friends account. This worked fine for several months then friend refused to give my son his money. What to do?

Your son can sue his friend. He should also look in to a prepaid debit card that allows for direct deposit.
