rights reinstatement,please?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia - How does someone go about having their rights reinstated after being convicted of felonies in Georgia? If there is some sort of a "pardon" application,where do I go to find it? Basically,what is the procedure,or steps to take to get this done,please...Anyone?!? Thanks for any help with this!
