What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

My trial was delayed for 1 1/2 years. ORC states trial should be within 270 days of arrest, at 340 days i was told charges were dropped and i was to be arrainged again on a new charge finally, my public defender coerced me into signing a guilty plea stating I would not get a fair trial "no chance in hell of getting a fair trial" were his exact words and i would definately lose and definately get the maximum sentence. he told me signing the plea was my ONLY OPTION my scum bag public defender also told me signing that plea was the only way i would get my son back! he said i would serve 6 months and be out before the permanency hearing so i signed the plea and the judge post poned sentecing for 6 months until 2 weeks before the permanency hearing
While i was in jail he retired and left my appeal in the hands of his replacement who also has left his job already my appeal is over (I lost, no wonder huh) and never heard a word from my lawyer or the court about hearings or anything, of course the time allowed to appeal this ruling has expired
Here i sit a year after sentencing I served 6 of 18 months. my lawyer hung me out to dry i was arrested, arraigned and charged for the same crime twice and now that i have finally recieved my appeal documents i find that i was found guilty of the same crime twice, the first charge was never dropped as my lawyer assured me.
1) The court unreasonably delayed my case
2) I was denied my right to "effective" cousel
3) EVERY effort was made to prevent me from getting a trial let alone a fair one
4) I have been charged and found guilty of the same crime twice
i have no money for a lawyer, which is what got me into this mess to begin with can someone PLEASE advise me on where i can go from here?

As for the original charge my ex husband stripped me and despite my begging and pleading forced me to perform sex acts on his underage friend for his entertainment i spent 6 months in jail i lost my 3 year old son forever and i am on the sex offenders list and can have no more children for 25 years .... because i was raped !

PLEASE HELP!What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

HOw were YOU ordered to do such a thing? Did you immediately go to the police and report it? Did you immediately do anything about the situation? What caused the delay in trial? Did you ask for a continuance?

i was raised by very controlling parents. my ex husband controlled every aspect of my life just as my parents did. the doctors say i have post traumatic stress disorder and i have problems with disassociation ( I was molested as a child for over 10 years ) i was trained to keep my mouth shut. my ex was emotionally and mentally abusive and controlled everything, money, food everything i was not allowed to say no to him. the physical abuse had not started YET but i was threatened with it regularly. he would punch holes in the walls and break things and tell me it was going to be me very soon. i was afraid. he forced me to perform sex on him many times but this was the first time another person was involved. i didn't leave him or report it because i was used to it. the minor told his parents right away and they called the law. i did not know what to do, the sex did happen so i told the police EVERYTHING in a 3 page deposition. my ex wrote one line on his, basically "yeah it happened" and that was it he immediately blamed it all on me telling me everything was my fault and i should have done more to satisfy the boy to keep him quiet now that i divorced him he tells everyone that i am a slut and the ONLY reason he was arrested was because it happened in his house and he knew about it he informed my current boyfriend that someone is hiring him a lawyer to get everything dropped against him because "he didn't screw the boy, I did" and he maintains that he had no involvement in the crime. the "boy" is over 18 now (the crime occured 7 days before his birthday, after which it would not have been illegal) but he got a promise from the prosecutor that he would not have to testify or he would back up my story. as for the delays i never got an explanation for any of them it was always the prosecution or the court that motioned them. i asked my public defender for a 3 week continuence once, at the sentencing so i could finish the quarter at college and HE told me NO and refused to ask the judge THEN he motioned the court to revoke my bond and put me in jail immediately because the sentencing was continued until the following week that was another week i could have attended school and possibly made arrangements to prevent failing the quarter and losing my financial aid
