what if you have been in a marriage for 12 yrs and 9 of those years you knew the child was not yours but you still remained in the marriage. You wanted a dna test done 7 yrs ago and decided that it didnt matter. your spouse wants a divorce to keep from paying child support you decide to ask for a dna test what rights do the spouse have if now the kids have been under his care for 9 and 7 yrs.

That was a pretty convoluted question, but I think I understand what was being asked. After that much time there is very little chance that a judge would not continue to hold the father as the legal father, despite biology.
Therefore a DNA test is not going to help the father get out of paternity and child support.

Also, if it could...imagine what that could do, emotionally, to the child.
