About a week ago I was in a sever accident at an intersection. I was ridding a motorcycle and a SUV ran the stoplight and hit me. The impact broke a few bones, gave me a large concussion and put me in a coma for about 3 days.

The police report says "No one at fault due to condition of other driver" there were no witnesses, and the best part about the "traffic cameras" is nobody knows who owns them/how to contact/whatever. So there goes my only proof.

Aside from that, I know the street lights are on a TIMER not a TRIGGER, with that in mind do you think that the MAIN road would be green longer than the side road? I was traveling on the Main Road, he was on the side when he hit me. Even after contacting the police officer again, he said that his police report would reflect in favor of neither driver since we both said we had a green light. My side of the story just came a few weeks later...

*******
Is this case worth my time? Do I have a snowballs chance? Anyone ever been down this road of redlights/nowitness before? How good does my case sound to you? And how doe these things usually end?

See an attorney. You have enough in damages to make a suit worthwhile. Someone owns the traffic cameras and, if you move fast enough the data will still be there.

Is it "about a week" or a "few weeks"?

What does "no one at fault due to the condition of other driver" actually mean? What type of condition does the driver have to be in to be deemed not at fault?

Near death. You know the broken bones part? Coma status, the whole idea of a suv plowing into an suv kinda thing?
