So you're the father. (The rest is legally pointless.)What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? tn...when i took dna test (1 of 5 men)showed me to be childs father.
How, exactly, did you lose your job? The answer matters.ryanhodge said:since then i lost my job.was order to pay $96.00 a week.
Okay.ryanhodge said:Mother has married and stop working.
Her new H is not responsible for supporting your child with her. You both are, according to TN law. So, when you file to modify, make sure you request she be imputed her last income for the purposes of determining support.ryanhodge said:..how do i get my payments lower...i fine work by helping my bro on farm...pay amount varies...I have custody of my son from my last marriage..really need help at this point.
I also think you can account for the other child in your custody when calculating support.
