If my job breaks the contract or agreement to my salary and take away the pluses that came with salary expample work vechile to come and go to work in and agreement I would only do the job if they didn't hire a certain individual and all 7 owners were present and agreed and it was done verbal with a handshake are they legally bind to it? Or what can do if they break this agreement/ verbal contract

My guess is that you are employed "at will" which means that your employers can change the terms and conditions of your employment, or terminate your employment, at any time for any reason as long as it doesn't violate any anti-discrimination laws.
