Our house went into foreclosure and the sale is for01/04/2005 .If after it is sold how long are we to get out not to get put out by the sheffif. also when we got the mortg. Me and my husbands credit was bad so our real estate person and mortgage co put the home in my six year olds name and my husband singed it and furnished his employment stubs. the house is in my sons ss# . But when they sold the loan and we refinced when we got behind we sent in my husbands paycheck stubs and now it is on his ss# too. can they do that .Or did we get wronged all the way around when they said it would be okay to do that my sons ss# .Now that they have done a quality control check and are asking for my six year old id. and tax return and we can not furnish that because we are out. Can we get this at least off of my husbands ss#?
