What is the name of your state? Michigan

I currently work for a distribution company and my annual salary is combined by a salary and a monthly commission paid each following month. I've most recently been offered another job with a manufacturer who owns a distribution office within the same area. I've accepted the new position, however my concerns are this: >>

Once I've seperated with the current employer (after 2 wk notice), I believe I'm entitled to paycheck, any unused vacation time, expenses etc. >>

What about the commissions???? What entitlements do I have here??
I am not under contract, nor any non-compete clauses.

Please offer all advice you can. Thank You!
