I purchased a van, as is, on february 5, 2010 and on february 10, 2010, i started having car trouble. I let the company know and they said they would fix it but i would have to pay for it. I have put all my money into having it fixed out of my own pocket. I have all my receipt, what can i do to have the company reimburse me for my trouble? Where can i find a lawyer to help me if i don't have the funds to pay one?

**A: was this a new van or a used one? Did you buy if from a licensed dealer?
Did you sign an "as-is" sale and no or limited warranty paper from the dealer?

the van was used and i did indeed sign an as is form, but i thought there was a 30 day lemon law. it was a licensed dealer and they are not registered with the better business bureau
