We live in Minnesota.
My daughter is 19 years old, and there is this delusional man that I never met, that thinks he is her father. This man has obtained personal information, and keeps harrassing us by phone. We believe that he at times has followed my daughter.
My daughters birth father and I were never married, but his name was put on her birth certificate. She was legally adopted in 1985, so all original records have been sealed.
This man is now had some lawyer write a letter asking for my daughter to submit to a test. She wants nothing to do with this sick delusional man.
He has attempted to lure her to meet him via the phone, which scares her.
Do we have to prove anything to this man? Can she be forced to give DNA to some freak?
Thank you!
