in washington state, superintendent of school took child (14)in special ed classes working at a fourth fifth grade level,after going to see the counselor about some problems with grounding she had gotten for skipping the high school prom. the school sent her to another town after school, telling the family that recieve her that DSHS had been notified and the sheriffs offices was aware of the situation and if I showed up that these agencies should be notified. also told the child if i her father came to get her, she was to run. the school had called the sheriffs office to tell them what they were going to do, the sheriff after hearing what they wanted to do told them they had no right to do this there was no grounds for it, no abuse in the home, no phisical or mental abuse, at this time the principle,the superintendant the school counselor and a person from whitman county mental health decided to take her out of our home and send her to another home. where we would never had let her go to, in another town. the next morning on the second day we went to the sheriffs office first thing in the morning filed charges on the school and all the individuals involved in removing our daughter from our home. the sheriff office then called there again and told the principal that she was to be sent home. the school had told her, she had all these rights and could do what she wanted, with her level of understanding she was led to believe lies about her rights and if she wanted to do this and not go home and that we could do nothing about it.they didn't contact dshs.I had to get the sheriffs office to bring my daughter home, she was highly disturbed to find the stories the school administration where lies. they pulled her from classes early so when we went to get her we couldn't find her! kidnapping in the second degree were filed against the school by the sheriff. the first prosicutor was going to fallow through with the charges and was having trouble in his office because of this , he was suddenly moved to another county acrss the state , the gentleman from whittman county health suddenly dissappeared, fired i heard from people inside the court system, but the prosecuting attorney that got the case refuses to follow through and got very loud when i tried press him as to the reason why he wouldn't pursue , i was asked to leave he's office in a very load rud manner. what can be done? is this the proper place for this kind of question?

This could be the proper forum if we could understand your question. Please proof read your post and edit as needed so that we can understand it.
Some questions:
1) Was the child in school and then removed (by the school superintendent)?
2) Why was he/she removed and where was he/she taken?
3) I really don't understand ".. in special ed classes removed child after being told by they could not by sheriff". Who is 'they'? Why did the sheriff tell 'they' that they couldn't remove the child?
4) What did 'they' want to do that the sheriff said they had no right to do??
5) Why would the school need to contact Child Services before removing child from school?
6) What reason does the prosecutor cite for not pursuing the matter?
