I work for a company that does most of its businuss in the summer 80% now its really slow, so me being the highest paid employee they cant aford to keep me, so instead of laying me off and paying unemployment. they are pushing me to quit by suttle measures.
Im being harrased in front of other employee's, told I have to come in fifteen minute's early on my own time to load truck before work, give,s all the hours to other employees, gives me late job,s out of my regular schedule, told me if I try to get unemployment for wages lost they would fire me. whattaya do?

Based upon what you wrote, it is my opinion that the employer has not committed any recognizable form of discrimination against you. However, I'm sure someone else will weigh in on your question and provide you with a second opinion.
