I have at the moment a secured credit card. I am in Florida. I may be forced to file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Should I include the card in the Bankruptcy and discharge it? Or reafrim it? The Bank that issued that card is one of the largest around that issues cards to people with credit problems. I see them on TV all the time saying so. I can get a new secured card from my bank also once the Bankruptcy is discharged.
