I am getting married on May 13, 2001 in New Jersey. My son who resides with my ex-wife in Arizona. I have been unable to get my son's mother to respond and allow him to attend my wedding. Is there a form that I can use to file a emergency motion to allow my minor child to leave state?

My response:

Sorry. It's not going to happen.

Either get married on a date when you have visitation, or don't expect a court to grant such a request. You'll be spinning your wheels, and spending tons of money - - for nothing.

Thank you

In 1994, I had petitioned the court for an emergency order and it was granted. I am hoping to do it again. Filing pro-per, I am just seeking the form to use. Pleas Help!
