What is the name of your state? Ohio


i want to sell my home and i know i will not get what i owe on it. what are my options for the remaining balance on my home. Can i even sell it if i do not get what i owe?

If you sell it for less then you will have to pay the balance at closing. Do you have any other options? What is your situation?
