What is the name of your state? We are selling our rental property in PA. We are in the middle of a 3 year lease with the tenant. If the house is sold to a buyer who wants to occupy the house as their home, does the tenents lease become null and void? Can we sell a rental property in the middle of a lease?

Does the wording of the lease allow you to terminate early when the property is sold ? if not find another buyer or g$ve the tenant enough $ncent$ve to be willing to vacate before closing occurs.
